Ideal skillset:
- One or more advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC, HRSD, CSM, or ITSM)
- Experience leading client workshops and implementing complex workflows
- Ability to map business processes into ServiceNow architecture
- Integration experience with third-party platforms
- Strong understanding of platform governance, CMDB, and best practices
Ideal skillset:
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (mandatory)
- Experience with scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Custom Applications
- Good knowledge of CSM, ITSM, or HRSD modules
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs
- Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications
Ideal skillset:
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and/or CSM modules
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer
- Understanding of ITIL framework and incident/request/change processes
