ServiceNow Consultant – Advanced

Ideal skillset:

• One or more advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC, HRSD, CSM, or ITSM)
• Experience leading client workshops and implementing complex workflows
• Ability to map business processes into ServiceNow architecture
• Integration experience with third-party platforms
• Strong understanding of platform governance, CMDB, and best practices
